Do I perceive the information from the horses in pictures?

For me the information comes in all sorts of ways!

It can be pictures, sensations, a download or just a knowing.

We all perceive differently so see how the info comes to you! You may see it in pictures or like movies are playing your head or like you just have information in your head and there is no way you could have known it any other way!

The horses I find like to have the information sent to back them in pictures or imagining sensations! For example, if you are wanting to help them relax their low back you can show them by doing the same thing in your back and they will entrain to what you are doing.

The most important thing is to see what works best for you and the horses!
