Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

What we collect and store
We collect information about you during the subscription signup process as well as some basic activities such as the dates you make purchases, login to the site, or cancel/pause/resume your subscriptions with us.
When you subscribe with us, we’ll ask you to provide your first and last name, an email address, and physical address. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
- Create your membership account
- Send you information about your account and subscriptions. This may include payment receipts, password reset emails, and payment reminders.
- Addressing the user’s when requesting support and within support tickets.
- To accurately calculate taxation rates based on user’s physical address
- Send emails with newsletter updates, notifications, etc.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We share information with third parties who help us provide additional contact services to you; for example, AWeber for email marketing. Physical addresses only assist in calculating tax rates for Stripe payment processing services.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained as long as this website exists. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We store information that provide us about you in your account for as long as an account exists.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Who has access to your data
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, site Owner/Administrators can access order information such as your membership subscriptions, payment dates and amounts, and username / email address / physical address.
Any additional information added in your Member Profile can also be visible to the Administrator(s).
Other non-administrative users or the public cannot access any user information that is not their own except the user’s own customizable display name.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Address data is provided for tax calculation to the payment processor. Email data is sent to an email newsletter management service (autoresponder).
Payment
We accept payments through PayPal or Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal or Strip, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Our Website, including both its public content and specialized membership content, is not intended for children under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Data from children under 18.
