The services provided do not include any physical attendance or hands-on coaching. Instill Harmony® LLC does not and cannot guarantee any specific outcomes.
Depending on the membership access, members may contact the website author (Lauren Harmon) and team for more exclusive guidance as part of membership benefits. This service is provided at the sole discretion of the website author and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
You remain fully responsible at all times for your own health and safety, as well as that of others and your horse(s). Guidance given through this website or through support tickets are not considered as medical advice, prescription, or diagnosis for humans or animals.
Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement
In consideration of being granted access to the equestrian-related services provided by Instill Harmony® LLC, the undersigned hereby releases, waives, and discharges Instill Harmony® LLC, its past, present, and future agents, officers, members, managers, insurers, independent contractors, and employees (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Releasee”) from all liability to the undersigned, personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, including any claim or demands on account of injury, property damage, or death of the undersigned or their horse(s), whether caused by the negligence of the Releasee or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the use of the website, participation in online guidance or information related to equestrian activities, or reliance on any equestrian-related advice or services provided.
The undersigned expressly acknowledges and agrees that equestrian activities, whether in-person or based on information provided through the website, involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or death to themselves, their horse(s), or others. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasee from any loss, liability, damage, or cost incurred as a result of the undersigned’s use of the website, its services, or reliance on the equestrian-related information provided, whether caused by the negligence of Releasee or otherwise. The undersigned assumes full responsibility for and risk of any injury, death, or property damage, including harm to their horse(s), due to the use or misuse of the website, its services, or equestrian-related advice, whether caused by the negligence of Releasee or otherwise.
