When you sign up for a Course or Membership, you join what we call a "membership". There are multiple memberships that you can join and be a part of at any time on this website.

Courses tend to be memberships with a one-time life-time purchase that offer access to a specific learning course.

Other memberships have subscription payments that renew at a defined interval, and give access to regularly updated content and courses, plus could include other more interactive offerings.

When you first signup for this website, your account gets created in the process and after you log-in to your account, you can see the membership content you're signed up for.

If you already have an account and you want to add more courses/memberships to your account, while logged-in, click the 'Offerings' link in the top menu or the Offerings button on the Library 'Welcome' page.

If you wish to cancel a recurring membership, you can do so from within your account, found here.

Memberships to view our content and courses do not offer a money-back guarantee.

You may cancel recurring subscriptions to particular memberships prior to the next charge of course.

When signing up for a paid class, an address will be asked for. Your address is temporarily saved and used for payment processing and taxes. Your address data gets removed from our website server once the payment transaction is completed, which is typically done on the next page after address entry. We have no use for user's physical addresses', so we delete them as soon as possible.

These types of data are considered non-sensitive.

• Names are used for addressing users during support issues. Names may not be publicly shown on this website. Use whatever names you like to be addressed by.
• Address data is held temporarily for our third-party payment processor prior to taking payments.  Address data is not available to view by anyone except to the administrators of this website, and to our payment processor(s) if it hasn't already been removed after the payment transaction goes through.

Sensitive data such as credit card information is never stored on this website. They get processed with the PCI-compliant payment-processor(s) we use.
